Tony in Paris

Hi, I'm Tony and I'm from London but living long-term in Paris. I'm currently spending a month in India for ayurveda. I was teaching yoga before a complex illnesses has put all activity on hold since last December. I'm struggling to practise in a meaningful manner since the physical difficulties. Hoping to forge a deeper, regular practice here and would love to interact with other members.
